For over 50 years this man has cleaned, repaired and made improvements where ever he is located. He has over 20 years of industrial, residential and commercial cleaning experience. Moreover, he holds three janitorial certifications, MSDS, Workplace Awareness and Bloodborne Pathogen. He is also a certified building inspector and holds an asbestos awareness certification. He is familiar with OSHA requirements. He is well educated and holds a Bachelor of Science from Wright State University in a technical discipline, but retired from computer consulting in 2006 to return to custodial work.

He has extensive hard surface finishing and refinishing experience as applicable to VCT (Vinyl Composite Tile) as well as terrazzo tile. He is familiar with green cleaning techniques, procedures and products, and is aware of EPA standards and guidelines as applicable to custodial and building maintenance and hazmat material handling and removal. He is described as a thorough and exceptionally hard worker. He is a self-starter and needs little to no supervision. He is excellent with equipment and can clean or maintain as needed. Specifically, he is described as “handy”. Bill is energetic, but soft-spoken, a heads-down worker that gets the job done right the first time. He has good interpersonal skills and gets along well with people. He also has good management skills, excellent verbal and communication skills and can cross train. He enjoys cleaning and maintaining large facilities and refining techniques and procedures related to building maintenance.
